What the job involves
As a Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for preparing events – from budgeting and client communication, to assembling the technical team, gathering materials, arranging transport and accommodation, all the way to final billing. Beyond planning, you’ll also be present on-site during the events. You’ll be an integral part of the Water Worx team, bringing your know-how and experience to support our growth and development. This is a dynamic role that requires someone who can handle stressful situations with ease.
Your responsibilities
- Taking part in production tasks throughout the preparation, execution, teardown, and billing of events
- Contributing to the management of the technical team
- Handling administrative tasks related to specific events
- Communicating with suppliers, promoters, and monitoring budgets
- Overseeing technical arrangements at events to ensure client satisfaction
- Keeping up with new trends and innovations in the industry, and suggesting their implementation
